Engine 3Malta Engine 3 is our front line attack engine. It carries 1,000 gallons of water with a 1250 gpm pump on it. Engine 3 was put in service in 2004.

Engine 6Engine 6 is our front line vehicle extrication engine. It houses all of our rescue tools and anything we might need on a vehicle accident scene. Engine 6 also carries 1,000 gallons of water and a 1250 gpm pump. Engine 6 was put in service in 1998.

Tender 5Tender 5 is a water tender that shuttles water back and forth to areas that do not have hydrants accessible. Tender 5 carries 3,000 gallons of water as well as portable tanks that we can set up on scene to dump the water into. Tender 5 was put in service for Malta in 2014.

1-IDA-20Malta 1-IDA-20 is our ambulance. We can staff either Advanced Life Support (ALS) or Basic Life Support (BLS) ambulance crews. Crews currently are staffed at the station from 7am to 7pm, and respond from home during the evening. IDA-20 was put into service in 2010.

Squad 1Malta Squad 1 is a multi-purpose vehicle. Squad 1 can be utilized as a brush truck for wildland fires, a command vehicle for larger incidents, or as a vehicle to shuttle personnel to emergency scenes. Squad 1 has a 300 gallon tank of water and a pump for wildland fires. Squad 1 was put into service in 2003.
